Thank you for your interest in Full House Furniture. You are always welcome to contact us with any questions that arise.

Due to our many years of being in the traditional store-based retail furniture industry, as well as our strong background of selling online, we have developed a vast shipping network that allows us to ship virtually anywhere in the United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. Our long-standing relationships with shipping companies have provided us with the ability to obtain very competitive shipping rates.

In order to serve you better, we do our best to offer Free Shipping on most orders.

During the designing stage of our new web site, you may come across some items that do not yet have any shipping or pricing information listed. If you become interested in any of these items, please contact us by phone or e-mail and we will gladly provide you with the information.

Please note that we will only ship to a valid and confirmed regular street or business address within the United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii.

We apologize, but we are unable to ship to a P.O. Box or APO address.

On all items that have Free Shipping, delivery will usually be made by a single driver and will require that you please have extra help available to assist him with unloading your merchandise if needed. The driver will help you get the merchandise to your location's driveway, front porch, curbside, or garage. The driver will normally not be able to go inside of your home or business, or up any stairs.

In most instances, at your request, we can also offer you "White Glove" delivery service for an extra charge if needed. These deliveries will be made by two drivers if necessary. In addition, this service will include the delivery of all merchandise to the inside of your location, the unwrapping of all merchandise, up to 30 minutes of light-assembly, and removal of all packaging when the delivery service leaves.
