Shipping Information |
In order to serve you
better, we do our best to offer Free
Shipping
on all of our products whenever possible. Due to our many years
of being in the traditional store-based
retail
furniture industry, as well as our strong background of selling online,
we
have developed a vast shipping network and can ship to
virtually anywhere in the United States, excluding
Alaska and
Hawaii.
At Full House Furniture, we
strive to offer the lowest pricing that can be found anywhere for all
of our products, regardless of where we need to ship to.
Please note that we can
only ship to a valid
and confirmed residential or business address within the
United States, excluding Alaska
and Hawaii. We apologize, but we are unable to ship to a P.O. Box or
APO address.
For most smaller items, your delivery will be made via UPS or FedEx
ground.
For larger items, please review the following:
STANDARD
DELIVERY
This type of delivery will usually be made by a single
driver and will
require that
you please have extra help available in order to remove your
merchandise from the back of the truck. Most drivers will help you
get the merchandise to your location's
driveway, front porch, curbside, or garage. The driver will normally
not be able to go inside of your home, business, or up any
stairs.
Most of these
deliveries are made by very large trucks. If the driver
is unable to access your location, or if you live in a remote area not
covered by our standard freight carriers, delivery will be made to the
nearest
available location and will require that you pick the
merchandise up there. If you are unsure about how accessible your area
is, please call us to discuss details before placing any orders. It is
also important that you go over your location's details with the
freight company when they call you to make your delivery appointment.
When it is time for delivery, the freight company will contact you in
advance to set up a delivery appointment. Most of the freight carriers
that we use offer appointment windows of 2–4 hours, Monday
through Friday.
Standard
delivery
is the method that will be used wherever we have offered Free
Shipping,
or have a delivery price listed.
WHITE
GLOVE DELIVERY
In most
instances, at
your request, we can also offer you "White Glove"
delivery
service for an extra
charge.
These
deliveries will be made by two drivers if necessary.
In addition, this service will include delivery of all
merchandise
to the inside of your location, up to 2 flights of stairs, the
unwrapping of all merchandise, up
to 15 minutes of light-assembly, and removal of all packaging when the
delivery service leaves. If you prefer this method of delivery, please
contact us prior to placing any orders so that we can go over details
and pricing with you.
