Full House Furniture, we are proud of the carefully chosen products we
carry and want you to be perfectly satisfied with your purchase. Our

WARRANTY
POLICY
Full
House Furniture provides complete manufacturer's warranty
coverage on all of our products.
In addition, all merchandise purchased
from us is fully protected by shipping insurance against loss and
damage. If any problems are present upon the initial day of
delivery in regard to manufacturer's defects, incorrect
merchandise
accidentally being sent, or shipping damage, Full House Furniture will
take full financial responsibility and cover all costs required for a
full resolution of the problem.
Please
inspect
your new furniture thoroughly within the first 24-48 hours of delivery
and
notify us immediately in regard to any issues. After this time period,
all warranty coverage will be handled according to the terms
of the manufacturer's warranty.
Robert
Michael
Sectionals,
Sofas, Loveseats, and Chairs
Our Robert
Michael furniture products have a lifetime manufacturer's
warranty on
the frame, cushions, and springs. A warranty card will come along with
your furniture.
If any problems are present upon
the initial day of delivery in regard to manufacturer's
defects, incorrect merchandise
accidentally being sent, or shipping damage, Full House Furniture will
take full financial responsibility and cover all costs required for a
full resolution of the problem.
Please inspect
your new furniture thoroughly within the first 24-48 hours of delivery
and
notify us immediately in regard to any issues. After this time period,
all warranty coverage will be handled according to the terms
of the manufacturer's warranty.
In the event that
anything needs to be returned to us, full wrapping will be required. As
a result, please do not discard of any packaging until you are sure
that there are no problems with your furniture.
The above
coverages will not apply to any accidental damage that occurs by you
after the delivery driver has finished the delivery and departed.
Please be very
careful when unwrapping your set. While cutting any tape or plastic
packaging, it is important to be sure you do not accidentally cut into
your furniture underneath the wrapping.
If you have
trouble getting any pieces through a doorway, please do not try and
force the piece through. Instead, please give us a call and we will
help you determine the best way to handle the situation.
If any damage is
noticed at the time of delivery, please contact Full House Furniture
immediately while the driver is still there. If you are unable to reach
us, please go ahead and sign for the delivery and accept all of the
merchandise. It is much easier for us to handle damage issues if you
keep the merchandise until we resolve things for you. In addition, this
allows you to have furniture to use while the issue is being taken care
of.
In the majority
of instances, issues can easily be taken care of without the need to
ship anything back to our retail store or the factory. The most
important thing is to make sure the driver makes notes on all copies of
the documentation in regard to any issues.
Homelegance
Sectionals, Sofas, Loveseats, and Chairs
Our Homelegance
upholstery products have a 1-year manufacturer's
warranty on the frame, cushions, and springs.
All other
information is the same as listed in the above section for our Robert
Michael products.
Bean
Bag Chairs,
Futons, and Video Game Chairs
All of these
products have a 1-year manufacturer's warranty covering defects in
materials and workmanship. All shipping charges related to any issues
covered by warranty will usually be paid by the manufacturer without
any charges or fees to you. All shipping charges related to any issues
not covered by the manufacturer's warranty will need to be paid by you,
the consumer.
All
Other Products
All other
products not specified above are guaranteed to be in brand-new
condition when they first arrive to you. Due to the wide range of
manufacturers for these other products, many different warranty
coverages will apply. For these items, please contact us for more
information before making your purchase.
30-DAY
RETURN
POLICY
Your complete
satisfaction is very important to us and we will strive to resolve any
issues for you in regard to any of our products. However, if we are
unable to make you happy with your purchase and you would like to
return it, please follow the instructions below for a hassle-free refund:
- Returns can only be made on products that are in
new or "like new" condition.
- We must be contacted by you within 30 days after
your merchandise has been delivered to you. For Christmas gifts
purchased on or after November 1st and before December
25th, your 30
day period will not begin until the day after Christmas.
When you contact us, we will assign you an RMA (Return Merchandise
Authorization) #.
This number must be obtained from us before any merchandise can be
returned.
- After you contact us, we will e-mail or fax a Return Form to
you with your RMA #
on it. You will need to fill out the Return Form and
include it along with your returning merchandise.
- Your next step will be to select a shipping
carrier and ship the merchandise back to us. If you need help selecting
a carrier, please give us a call and we will inform you of the carriers
we prefer for the type of merchandise you have. All of the return
shipping charges, fees, and insurance will need to be paid by you and
are non-refundable. All of the original packaging will be required
for returns.
- Once your merchandise has been returned to us
and inspected,
we will issue a full refund minus the
following: (a) a
re-stocking fee for 15% of the original purchase amount of the
merchandise, and (b.)
all
shipping charges
and fees that were incurred in order to deliver the merchandise to you.
If free shipping was offered on your purchase,
please be aware that we still had to pay shipping charges and fees to
get the merchandise to you and that these amounts will be deducted from
your refund.
Our
return policy does not apply to any special orders requiring
customization, products that are made-to-order (made after
your order is placed), layaways, or any orders being held in storage by
us due to a request by you for a delayed delivery date. These types of
purchases are non-returnable and non-refundable.
CANCELLATIONS
Most orders for standard
items can be canceled and fully refunded without penalty as long as the
merchandise has not been scheduled to ship, has not already been
shipped, or if production has not begun on any made-to-order
merchandise. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon
as possible and we will let you know if the order can be canceled. In
some cases, cancellation fees may need to be applied if the order can
be canceled.
SPECIAL NOTES
The above policies are
general guidelines that should be applicable to most situations. If you
have specific questions or concerns, please contact us before making
your purchase and we will be happy to provide more details and help you
determine if the product you are interested in is right for you.
All of the above policies will not apply to any merchandise that is
"As-Is", Clearance, or Discontinued. In these cases, appropriate notes
will be clearly written within the description of the merchandise.
These types of purchases are non-returnable and non-refundable.
